The rebozo comes from Mexico and is used by traditionel Mayan midwives during pregnancy and birth as a rocking massage technique. The rebozo can reach places in the body where the hands cannot and can release tension, regulate the nervous system and helps to create space for baby’s journey into the pelvis. This treatment is also perfect for soothing tension and pain in the pelvis and lower back or serve as self care.

We will come to your home for the treatment and each session is 60 or 75 minutes and will vary depending on how you are feeling and how far along you are in pregnancy. The session will be with either Mathilde or Ida.
