Come rest and be held with your baby for two hours with Ida and Mathilde.

We’ll tuck you in, hold you, give you gentle rebozo massage and shower you in a soothing soundscape. Your baby is welcome with all their sounds and we are happy to play and connect with your little one as you rest if that feels safe for you! 

You can come in and out as it feels good. This is a space to unwind, connect and just be held for a moment whilst you are doing the greatest work of being someones mother.

What you can expect

• Sound bath with singing bowls, koshi bells, steel drum, kalimba, and rainstick

• Nervous system practices

• Restorative rest and movement

• A space to rest and be present with yourself and your baby

• Rebozo massage and warm hands

• You and your baby are welcome as you are

You'll receive a message with all the practical things you need to know within 48 hours from payment. It is not possible to get a refund (unless we cancel the event) but if you won't be able to make it after signing up you are welcome to give your space to someone else.
